The App does not require registration or account login. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or government-issued ID) to our own servers.

• Local On-Device Storage: All search history queries, saved image links (bookmarks), and user preferences are stored exclusively on your local device (Room Database and Jetpack DataStore).
• Media Storage (Photos): Only upon your explicit request to download an image, the file is saved directly to your device's media storage (MediaStore).

2. Third-Party SDKs and Automatic Data Collection

To support application operations, diagnostics, and monetization, the App integrates trusted third-party SDKs provided by Google. These services may collect anonymous identifiers and diagnostic data:

• Google AdMob (Advertising): Collects anonymous device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / AD_ID) and interaction statistics to serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements.

• Google Play In-App Billing: In-app subscription transactions are processed securely through the official Google Play Billing system. The developer has no access to your payment card details or financial information.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• All personal activity records (such as search queries and bookmarked image links) exist solely on your local device. You can completely erase your search history at any time within the App via [Settings] > [Clear All Search History], or by uninstalling the application.
• Third-party service data is retained and deleted in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

4. User Rights and Controls

You maintain full control over your privacy settings:

• You can manage or opt out of personalized advertisements via your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID).
• You can revoke storage permissions or uninstall the application at any time to permanently remove all stored local data.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

본 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 어떠한 개인정보(이름, 주민번호, 전화번호, 이메일 등)도 자체 서버로 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.

• 기기 내부(로컬) 저장 데이터: 사용자가 검색한 검색어 기록, 저장한 이미지 링크(북마크), 앱 설정값 등은 오직 사용자의 기기 내부 데이터베이스(Room DB 및 DataStore)에만 안전하게 저장됩니다.
• 미디어 저장: 사용자가 이미지 다운로드를 요청한 경우에 한해, 기기 내부 사진 보관함(MediaStore)에 이미지를 저장합니다.

2. 제3자 서비스 제공업체 및 자동 수집 정보

앱의 서비스 안정성, 품질 분석 및 광고 게재를 위해 Google 등 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자 SDK를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 익명화된 기기 정보 및 광고 식별자가 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.

• 모든 검색어 기록, 저장된 링크 데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 존재하며, 앱 내 [설정] > [모든 검색기록 삭제] 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 언제든지 즉시 완전 파기할 수 있습니다.
• 제3자 서비스에서 수집하는 분석/광고 데이터는 해당 업체의 정책에 따라 안전하게 보관 및 파기됩니다.

4. 이용자의 권리 및 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 기기 설정에서 앱 권한을 철회하거나, 앱을 삭제하여 모든 로컬 데이터의 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 또한 기기 설정(설정 > Google > 광고)에서 맞춤형 광고 수신 여부를 직접 제어할 수 있습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인식별정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스 변경사항을 반영하기 위해 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 웹페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
